All throughout 2022, this killer combo wouldn’t stop lighting people up. All the reports were that Alient Rutnz left minds free of stress and bodies ready to laugh. The Hakuna Matata high this throws out there is what put this into Skunk Magazine’s favorite strains of 2022. 

This strain is positively stoned in crystals. At first, the buds look just like Alien Mints, with the same light green coloring and tight bud structure, but then you notice the heavy sugar dusting from the Runtz. Their sweet, minty flavors transform into a wonderfully warm high that most people find carries a double helping of upbeat relaxation. 

Your nose is going to pick up this light aroma that nicely blends all the parts and gives a clue to the kind of experience you’re about to have. There isn’t that crazy wave of mint, sugar, or gas, but flashes of each as you inhale. After you grind some up, there’s the addition of something spicy and very funky. You might even pick up some sweetgrass and cheese from the back.

That taste on the dry pull is the trifecta you’ve been expecting. Sweetness, mint, and gas all smashed together on the same plate. After you get some fire on it, the Runtz dials back and takes on the primary flavor while the mint hits in flashes. When this takes hold, you get to see what the combo of these two popular strains can do.
