Privacy Policy
This working policy must be reviewed and approved before the new CAM website launches.
Information you choose to provide
CAM may receive information you submit through an approved website form or connected marketing platform, such as your email address, mobile number, ZIP code, preferences, consent selections, submission source, and time of submission. CAM also receives information you send by email or provide during a phone call.
How information may be used
Submitted information may be used to respond to questions, send requested product and strain updates, segment communications by region, maintain consent records, improve the website, protect the service from abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Email and text messages
Email and SMS choices are separate. Entering a phone number does not subscribe you to text messages unless you also give the required SMS consent. You can unsubscribe from email using the link in a message and can opt out of texts by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Service providers
CAM may use approved providers for website hosting, content management, analytics, spam prevention, email, SMS, and retail discovery. Before launch, this section must name the providers actually selected, describe their role, and link to any required notices.
Retention and choices
The final policy must state CAM's retention periods and the methods available to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Legal obligations and security needs may require some records to be retained.
Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to info@camdispensary.com. The final policy must include any additional contact method required by applicable law.
Accessibility service
This website loads accessiBe’s accessWidget to provide accessibility controls. Your browser connects to accessiBe when the page loads. accessiBe may process your IP address, page URL, accessibility preferences, and information about page content and interactions. This service is separate from the optional embedded media controlled by “Your Privacy Choices.” See accessiBe’s privacy notice (opens in a new tab).
Delivery location checks and ordering
On Delivery, enter the ZIP where you want your order delivered. The website requests your device location only when you choose “Use my location.” Opening the homepage or delivery page does not start a location check. We do not use an IP-location fallback.
If you allow location, your current device coordinates are sent from your browser to BigDataCloud to obtain a postal code. BigDataCloud also receives your network address; its free service uses anonymized location and network information to improve its geographic data. CAM does not store your coordinates. You can use manual ZIP entry without sending coordinates. See BigDataCloud’s explanation of the service (opens in a new tab).
Your checked ZIP, whether it came from location or manual entry, and the check time are saved in this tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes. This preference controls access to the delivery menu and personalizes the homepage delivery link. Delivery links remain visible even if a ZIP is outside our service area. Use “Change ZIP” on the delivery page to replace it, or clear your browser’s session storage.
After your ZIP passes the check and you open Delivery, the website loads Meadow’s menu and checkout. Meadow receives device and network information and handles the address, account, verification, payment, and order information you provide in its service. This requested ordering service is separate from the optional maps and videos controlled by “Your Privacy Choices.” See Meadow’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
